Farm Operations/Technical Coordinator Beer Family Farms is a progressive hog and grain operation located in Northern Indiana that has been growing for nearly 40 years. We are committed to a faith based mentality with a culture that seeks to provide above average income, opportunity, and equity to those we serve and employ. We farm 3000 acres and have a Pioneer seed dealership as well as a 2000 sow farrow-finish operation. Our equipment is well maintained and our swine facilities are newer, and mostly built over the last fifteen years. We are looking to add a business minded team player with management skills who is proficient in selecting, integrating, and optimizing technology as well as knowledgeable in agronomics.
