Remington Seeds Field Operations Manager The Field Operations Manager reports to the Location Manager and has direct responsibility for all field activities associated with the production of soybean seed. These activities include but are not limited to grower recruiting, grower contracting, grower development/training, and field production activities. The Field Operations Manager works closely with the Location Manager to ensure that all processes are conducted in a safe and cost-effective manner, and that continuous improvement occurs in all areas of responsibility. The Field Operations Manager works closely with the Plant Operations Manager in order to ensure quantity and quality requests for each customer are met.
