We are committed to providing top-notch customer service and building beautiful landscapes in a timely manner at a variety of budgets. We’re hiring a Nursery Manager in Monroe, NC. This location produces shrubs and ornamental trees split between in-ground and container. The purpose of this nursery is to produce plants for our own in-house landscaping service. As the Nursery Manager, you would lead a small team of 4-6 full-time employees, while also planning, managing, and overseeing nursery functions including crop production, logistics, and plant inventory. We offer a competitive salary and company vehicle. PTO, bonus program starts after one full year of employment. Optional profit sharing is available after 3 years of service.
